1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Digi Mind (“the Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Digital Products & Refunds

• All eBooks and courses are delivered digitally via instant download or online access.

  Because all of our products are digital, access is granted instantly after purchase. For this reason, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once a file has been downloaded or the content has been accessed.

  However, your experience matters to us. If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the product you purchased, or if you believe the product was misrepresented compared to the description on our website, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at sales@digidaro.org. We will review your case and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement product or store credit.

  For subscription plans, you can cancel at any time from your account page or by contacting us. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time on active subscriptions or for subscription renewals that have already been processed. To avoid being charged for the next period, please make sure to cancel before the renewal date.

  You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the technical requirements for accessing purchased content.

3. User Obligations

• Purchased eBooks/courses are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is strictly prohibited.

• You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from our content.

4. Account Termination

Digi Mind reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

• Fraudulent transactions

• Copyright infringement (e.g., sharing login credentials or eBook files)

• Excessive chargebacks

5. Intellectual Property

• All eBooks, courses, and site content are owned by Digi Mind or licensed to us. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

• “Digi Mind” and its logo are trademarks of our company.

6. Disclaimers

• Content is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., income from AI/crypto strategies).

• We are not liable for:

  • Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet outages)

  • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from using our content

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in Dubai courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
